* Glute bridges using the Swiss ball - 15- 20 reps.
* Overhead weight pass for the lower abs - 15.
* Russian twists with a weight -20.
* Overhead Sit ups - 20.
* Walking Plank - 10 steps each way. Try and coordinate the legs and hands to move at the same time! ๐Ÿ˜‰
* Shoulder taps - 20.
