All Body Wake me up Monday!
- Single leg lifts x 10 each leg
(Testing balance & glutes)
- Lunge with twist x 10 each leg (To target all angles of glutes!)
- Overhead shoulder press x 8 - 12
- Rows with resistance band x 15
- V-sit sit ups x 10 to reverse curls x 10
Repeat Circuit 3 times with 1-2 mins recovery between sets.
This should provide you with you a balanced workout 👍
Not too intense.
